I'm really trying not to get frustrated here, but this registration/login process is not working for me, & if I've done something wrong, I'd like to know what it is.

Did that & no response. I can only assume that I might have used a different email address (aol members have 7), but can't find a response on any of the names.

OK, in spite of the fact that I value my privacy dearly, I am going to post an email addy here in the hope that you will contact me soon at this addy & let me know what the problem is.

Know what you mean, chaiyah. I have only posted anonymously myself in the past, & although I previously registered, could never log in because, unbeknownst to me, cookies were required which had been disabled on my pc. Therefore, I presumed that I hadn't registered correctly to begin with & didn't worry about it. Only while trying to re-register last night did I find out that my handle & email addy were already in the database, which is why I'm trying to pursue this registration problem at this time. If my info weren't already in the database, I would just 'chuck it' about now, but if I am already a member, I'd at least like access to my own information.

wont email me my password..then when i make a post or reply to a post most of the time i get banned ..and i dont have a clue why?

Absolutely no problem here - The changeover went off without a hitch.

Your advanced search is still having a problem.

I do a search for all of my replies & they don't all show up or the ones that do show up are for the wrong dates.

I'm experiencing exactly the same problems as user 726:
- Login doesn't work
- No eMail arriving

What can I do now?

One small warning: I dont think the old passwords used to be case-sensitive. The new ones ARE. So, if you chose your password to be 'AAA', then 'aaa' will not work in the new system.

When you enter your email at the 'forgot my password' interface, you should get an email at that same email address. If you arent getting one, then your next best bet is to email [email protected] and clearly state your handle, the email you used to register, and what you want your new password to be, and I'll set it manually.

I've tried REPEATEDLY to get the password for my account, but NO luck.

I created a NEW account, logged into THAT, and now it claimed THAT email address ISN'T in the database!
