Sonic Booms, Squealing Crust, Horns... Well Guess What

We were doomed and stood right on the edge of extinction, UNTIL...

The entire planet was sent back in time. They succeeded but Houston's got a problem. We have not seen the true date of our formally known calendar since October 28 1999. Since then a Lunar calendar has been installed in place of it. A group of scientist used a viewer to foresee the future and Man's fate here on Earth. They first encountered this data in July 1974 and set up a plan to avoid total loss of life. Several plans were drawn over the next decade and many were scrapped.

There were multinational missions made to the moon with equipment to begin building a base called "EDEN". The survey missions were launched from California in 1975 and 1976, all cargo missions were launched from an Island in the Pacific, there were a total of 175 missions, with 15 of those being manned, the others were un-manned. After those missions, they were handed over to 6 private agencies which continue today, including 19 orbital stations, some serving as sally ports for lunar entry.
The cargo includes virtually everything needed to sustain a population of about 40,000 habitants infinite. However, the plan was scaled down to about half of that number. Another plan that has been underway since is terrestrial and sub terrain. That project for USA is called "Garden Oasis".
This project is linked by network to 4 major continents.
This project can sustain a population of 1 million. But is being expanded to possibly twice that amount today, as Russians are expanding their capacity.

These projects have not halted as there is nothing that can guarantee that humanity is safe at this point. Any attempts to view the future, does not show our world. Manned attempts to teleport have had none of those scouts return.
The planet has to continue to be teleported back in time to avoid any chance of total loss. These teleports have taken place once per our calendar year since 1999, with the exception of 2011, in which 2 took place in that calendar year.

The populace is in a state of confusion, out of balance with their reality. You see and hear it around you. The obvious is hearing people say that they thought a certain celebrity or public figure had passed away and they actually had not. Land masses and shorelines have been altered as have water levels. The ice sheet melt is another. Remember just a few years back, there was practically an overnight ice sheet melt, or so it appears so? There are many strange things associated with these time shifts. Even though we have not technically moved past 1999, the planet does continue to age, as do we.

There is concern now that there is a sudden ice age bearing down upon us, possibly this year, but not later than next. Is why there is world distress and economic suicide. What will come of this one could only imagine. Food will be the primary problem, although meat is being grown in labs as we speak. There are heavy planet changes ahead, and is a direct result of playing with time shifting. Those asteroids in the belt are from ancients that lost their planet. Records were found on Mars, the Moon and here. We have been spared that same fate, but another huge problem is looming and leaving the planet plans are happening NOW. Not all of us however.

There are stations near Mars and Jupiter they are habited, and have been by those colonies since 2002. Unknown populace. There are EBE's there among them. Only the Brass can return to our Planet, and do 2 times per year. They are self sustained, and only receive raw materials by unmanned crafts. The triangle crafts seen.

Conclude with the noise is our Planet settling from these shifts. There are also 3d holographic projectors beaming images onto the Planets radiation belt. You cannot see what’s truly behind the curtain. It is just a stage and can fool the best Astro nuts. 3-4 years ago, there were problems with the main unit processors at L2 that some folks caught the glitches even on film. The stars would shift, literally jump position so vastly it was obvious. That was when they changed the hardware on them.
You can see the projectors in the southern hemisphere as they flash all their colors in full glory. They are NOT crafts. Another thing folks have seen is the 2 sun effect, when the planet settles after a shift. It is NOT a Planet called X, it is an optical illusion caused by the shift.
Another note, since the primary shift, perishable foods do not have a shelf life like they had before that. Some reason the shifts cause enzymes that break down these foods to accelerate. They still scratch their heads over this.
