Are Cypriots still able to make purchases with debit cards or no? I am looking for something on this, but haven't found it.

From what I understood the atms ran out of cash and or they turned them off.

Not scary but very obvious this would happen.Its going to happen anytime they do something like this.With everything electronic they can keep you from withdrawing all your money for a long time.They will shut the doors,take the website out of service,no cash or limited cash in the ATMs an just maybe you can use a debit to by necessities if lucky.
Not like old days where everything was done in person.
Same will happen here when they decide to do it here.

I am a business owner in the USA and Bank of America told me that I can not make any transfers from my Business account to my personal accounts for 30 days, because I had a phone number change on my account. Absolute bullshit!
