The sooner it happens the harder it is to see it. The longer it takes, the more obvious.

Could be as simple as a bird changing cadence, an unexpected visit from an old friend, or even a sudden gust of wind when its not windy. Witnessing a dog almost getting ran over then an hour later see the owner drive by and pass word the dogs still alive giving the person hope or loosing a job only to get a better one down the road. Just a few examples
