Depending on the person, it can become mundane rather quickly. I know quite a few people who thrive in chaos. They're constantly looking for what I refer to as the 'new puppy smell'.

It happened for a reason if we like it or not.

FWIW...each 'cycle' lasts around 2 weeks. Over which, Chaos becomes the consuming factor of all attention.

Chaos Magick. The younger ones getting into it. The marketing of all these things now. You go into a book store and two sides of an aisle on esoteric. Just over the last few years. The shows. There seems to be some danger in too young a mind getting into it. Some does seem to take a mature mind to even study without getting too deep. Done on purpose?

I'm assuming so. I start going numb when they approach. Emotionally I mean. It's almost like PTSD. She'll shocked at the thought of it happening again. I'll survive. Often I make big gains in them because I can stay so calm and find openings and opportunity in everyone else's impulsive actions.

It's both parts fun and equally horrifying. It's a fight. A fight one can...and many do, lose.

It set up to lose. It's a rigged game. But one that does offer very real rewards to those that survive... or thrive.

I was such a one. Extremely early. Unfair...it was just really unfair it was allowed. If you survive intact though, well, I'm quite a singularly gifted person. Nature is ruthless. Absolutely ruthless.

Nature testing it's creations in fire.

Annealing metal makes it softer. Easier to work with. You have to hit it, over and over, to make it hold its form under stress.

A sword blade.

You heat it and fold the metal in half over itself then beat it back flat. The more times the blade is heated, folded, beat flat again, the stronger the molecular structure of the blade.

Each fold is harder than the last as the blade becomes more and more densly structured. Making it tougher and higher quality with each evolution of fire and hammer.

Don't want to pry too much. From some other things I have heard seems like the boys get it harder than the girls. Girls easier illusioned. Boys may resist the programming more. WTF did they do to us? Whatever I was doing pre-teen with other girls seemed so innocent and oh so Godly. Wasn't no girl scouts. Wasn't no church.

Feel like with thread and others another round could possibly be easier with getting more out in the open about the madness.

I told that same story to a woman today, trying to explain to her that adjusting the ring size up in size, hardens it. Strengthens its form. Due its molecular structure being forced closer together, by the hammer and mandral.

I see it clearly. Terrifyingly so. It's not them. They're part of the system too.

In nature the males are brightly colored and patterned and have other attributes to make them stick out visually and socially. It's not just for mating.

It's to get them killed. To wreck their camouflage and make it harder for them to survive.

Why? Simple. It's brutally simple.

The males that survive having a target painted on them for their whole existence and thrive have attributes that make them superior. Better hearing, better eye sight, better instinct, stronger,faster smarter, tactics unique to them they have developed to survive where others fail and/or die.

They procreate more because women want them. Their strength and stamina in life and their repeated victories over adversity attracts women to them on a primal level. Primeval level even. The men follow them and learn from as well.

Nature makes swords of her boys and will kill a million for one superior blade. Won't even bat an eye at all the dead and ruined it took to make one to increase the worth of the species.

Its still bullshit and painful even if you understand what's happening to you.

Pain produces both quick movement and problem solving.

A world without discomfort, produces no movement. No innovation. No reason to move at all.

Peace is pure in its form in that manner. No need to do anything.

Suffering is the badge of all the tribe of sentient things.
