Does this have anything to do with CERN LHC. Creating wormholes / leaks into/from alternate parralel realities? Never heard of this phenomena until now.

There is a theory that the elites are using the LHC to create alternate realities where they remain in power, win certain confrontations, have changes in their favor, etc and these changes we see are artifacts of this

I thought I was the only one that had problems with opaque.

As a kid, my box on Fashion Plates used the term in a way that meant transparent. I also remember chartreuse being a hot pink, and puce green because of this toy.

Its freakin me out. Sex in the city is another one and the word opaque meaning unable to see through...what?!!!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71639187

Or maybe its just a massive social experiment.

Doubtful... to what end?

Wouldn't it make more sense if these changes were "tabloid signs", planted to announce to those that know, that this or that has happened and was "successful"?

Might of stumbled upon a couple more, but admittedly, I might just be remembering wrong also. I'm not certain these are changes, just throwing this out there.

Has existence always been spelled existence? I could of sworn it was spelled existance at one point.

The spice Turmeric. I could of sworn it used to be spelled Tumeric.

Alright, here we go.

For some reason I have to re-post this because it didn't get posted when I hit reply. I figured out that it's because of the link I've been trying to post. I'm removing the link, but I'll give you step by step instructions to see the data I'm referring to.

A few days ago I investigating the spelling of Dan Akyroyd's last name. I remember it being spelled Akroyd. So I went to Google's extended search, under books, magazine listings. I typed in "Dan Akroyd". I got zero results for this spelling, but hundreds if not thousands for Dan Aykroyd. This didn't sit well with me because I just can't accept his name has always been spelled Aykroyd. It looks so wrong to me. So I tried it again today. Lo and behold, I got 17 results back. I like using the magazine search function because it's a record of history that for some reason contains trace remnants of original spellings, actions, etc that we would classify as changes in the Mandela Effect. I also like to point out that these journalists get paid to get facts right, and misspelling a huge movie star's name isn't good practice. Well, here's the link to the results.

Since I can't post the link, here's the step by step. Go to Google. Type in Dan Akroyd. Go to more. Click books. Click search tools, click any document, click magazine, click search. The search might automatically direct you to "Dan Aykroyd" listings. Simply retype Dan Akroyd and search again. Now you should see the 17 results I'm referring to.

The delay effect is strange, but I'm glad I checked again. It's almost like a bleed through.

Holy shit, your search trick works for other changed spellings, too. I tried it with "dilemna" and "Berenstein Bears". Found plenty of instances of the "correct" spellings. My God, this is incredible.

Edit: I took screenshots of google search results showing lots of magazine articles mentioning the "Berenstein Bears" and "dilemna", but I don't know how to post them here...

Don't have much internet time right now, just wanted to reply to your post and bump the thread back to the top. What you posted is rather interesting and makes me wonder about my younger years. I've avoided a lot of the huge traps throughout my life and I want to know how. How did I know even as a kid that politics was a load of shit? Nobody around me was talking like that, I wasn't watching or reading anything that talked like that. Am I just overthinking and I'm just a cynical bitch? Have I had enough lives and those are the things that carried with me? "Yeah, I've seen this before and it was bullshit even then..." What gives? You've really made me curious and I hope you get more replies to your post.

here's one for you, that was me being gentle and TRYING to get this thread a little deeper than the surface thoughts most are having. "this line in this changed, this corporate logo is different, this land mass is wrong, etc."

I won't get into my personal history but at some point I might have to. Unlike most people here I've taken this whole mandela effect thing personally. Not to the point of anger that someone did this but more open curiosity within myself.

Here's a video I made earlier to provoke that same thought.

I'm gonna have to take a pass on Dan. I had a friend that was going through a Dan mood and I must've given her a heads up that he was gonna be on something or something along those lines. I had to look his name up in order to spell it the first time around. It wasn't something I was gonna get right off the bat then or now. And that's been so long ago that I don't remember how it was spelled then. It didn't stick with me. I've seen the "My Girl" movies and I watched "Crossroads" since I'm a Britney Spears fan. But again, all of that's so long ago and it's just blank tbh.

And I wasn't trying to be silly with my answer. I was short on time but I thought enough of what I wanted to say in order to post it. There's some strange shit going on. Don't you think I'm pissed along with the fascination? I'm grateful the stuff that's happened in my personal life have been light. And I wouldn't call what I went through a ME, more like a glitch. I've said this on other threads and realize how light it seems compared to people that have more in depth stories than what happened to me.

I was playing with my cat, throwing a sealed maxi pad up in the air for him to catch him. It disappeared. No, I wasn't throwing it like it was a baseball. I was throwing it lightly since I was playing with my cat. I looked everywhere and never did find it. I had an Austrian coin appear for me. Nobody around me could've had that coin. And IF somebody did give it to me for my coin collection, something like that would've been put in my coin collection to start with, not left in the bathroom. And that coin was found before I started buying Falco merchandise from Austria.

I'm grateful that's all that happened in my personal life. I WOULDN'T be able to deal with something harder than that. IF somebody I knew died and was suddenly back to life, I wouldn't be sitting here typing on a keyboard because I'd probably be strapped down in some psych ward because I KNOW I wouldn't be able to keep my mouth shut about that person being dead.

I AM TAKING THIS SERIOUSLY. Why don't you aim those same remarks at the people clearly making fun of the people that believe something fucked up is going on? I really don't appreciate how you make it seem like I'm clowning around. It's fucking annoying to have things change and the majority won't believe you because little to no proof exists. "Who am I going to believe? This physical book or your memory? This person standing here that's clearly alive or your memory that says the person died?" I'm here because I want answers.

This is weird.

The get smart intro has changed. I use to remember him getting his nose caught in the door. But I can't find this anymore. And in this version he is talking about the top of his intro.

I just don't understand why it's different.

I also saw another intro that was nothing like I ever seen before.

In the words of neo... Whoa.

I really screwed up what you thought I said because of the capital letters. I seriously meant that it no negative way whatsoever.

All I'm saying is there is a hidden spiritual side to all this. There is a being outside of this existence that is manifesting while giving birth to us all at the same time. Our lives are it's dreams. And It's ready to wake up.. While some of us just aren't morning people. And I'm just one of the manifestations of that being that simply knows the true nature of itself.

Dumb. It's the full version played in the first few episodes, then it was shortened.

Dumb.

I've looked into this particular one. In my opinion, this isn't a Mandela Effect. It's always been Stripe. I watched Gremlins and Gremlins 2 at least a hundred times each and people have been getting the names mixed up ever since these movies were released. Spike and Stripe sound very similar, this is true, but Stripe gets his name when he is spawned from Gizmo. This hasn't changed at all.

Here's Stripe as a Gremlin in the climax of the film.

Now in Gremlins 2, the antagonist is named Mohawk. I've seen a lot of people get his name confused with Spike as well, mostly because when he's transformed into a gremlin, his mohawk resembles spikes. Below is a compilation of Mohawks's transformation from Gremlins 2.

These are great movies, I highly recommend them if you haven't seen them. They blend humor and horror almost seamlessly. But I honestly don't think these are Mandela Effects.

Re: "Mandela Effect"
I wonder if most of us being truth seekers and not believing basically anything the media tells us has anything to do with our timeline?

like we know too much truth and it has weighted our existence in the old reality?

I am with you 100%. Ever since this effect came into my reality a week ago, nothing has been the same. Has anyone else having objects just disappear. You know where it was, you come back and it is just gone? This has happened to me twice. Once to my cell phone and one to a water bottle I left on my cabinet. They vanished and still have yet to be found.

My cell phone prior to vanishing, broke on three occasions for no reason. Also I have noticed non-GMO founds are making me nauseous. I have a craving for fruit, salad, and veggies only. This is true and i used to be a big time meat and potatoes guy. Also, the intensity of the sun lately is just draining me. I have been going to bed hours before I usually do.....I have been physically spent the last week for some reason.

Any one else having this type of phenomena?
