When Obama is elected, the reality of the situation will take a few hours to sink in before the most fervently anti-obama people snap and go on horrific orgies of violence before they end it all in a public suicide. They turned on him. There is now a segment of society fraught with only thought of fear and want death and destruction to those who have turned to hope instead of hate. Right now they hate Obama more than they like McCain. It is only going to get worse.

I love my country, but does the flag deserve my full allegiance? It's a matter of principle. If I believed that our leadership had our best interests at heart, I would definitely be a loyal subject. Should we pledge our loyalty to a system that makes us slaves at every turn? That keeps new energy sources from us, that taxes us, that instigates war for profit and bankrupts this country and dumbs down our children? I'm still a patriot at heart and believe in what our fore fathers fought for, but it's not there now.
