I'd like your help.
I'm compiling a list of scare mongering that DID NOT occur as of today.
I'm guessing 99.99% of the nonsense we're told is to keep us locked in fear. Marketers know fear numbs out minds and prevents us from making rational decisions... that's why we buy stuff we really don't need when we hear, "... Order within the next 7 minutes."
With that said, here's my list of things we've been told since birth that has not come true:
- Bird Flu (Millions and millions would die... so far in 7 years 245 have died)
- Buy gold as a great investment (On January 21, 1980, gold was $870... 28 years later gold is actually worth LESS... $859 as of today)
- Massive earthquakes in California (So big California would break off the United States)
- Y2K (Alex Jones and Texe Marrs scare mongering)
- Widespread Martial Law (Alex Jones and Texe Marrs' scare mongering -- as well as most other "truthers")
- Change (Every politician has promised this to us since birth... hasn't happened... nothing changes)
- Mini nukes going off on the east or west coast ("Dr." Bill Deagle prediction)
- Planet X would crash into earth (Texe Marrs prediction)
- Widespread troops marching in the streets
- War with Iran
- Shutdown of Internet
- UFOs visible in the skies across America
- Terror attack at big events (Super Bowl, Olympics, etc.)
- Unscheduled bank holidays (Predicted by "Dr." Bill Deagle)
- Chinese troops patrolling our streets (Again predicted by "Dr." Bill Deagle)
- Grid will go down (More predictions by "Dr." Bill Deagle)
- Widespread bank runs
- Global Warming (Would flood out all coastal areas)
- Amero (The new currency once Mexico, Canada and America merge)
- Widespread food rationing
- $10.00 a gallon gas prices and widespread gas rationing
- Benjamin Fulford would assassinate David Rockefeller
- NESARA (Removes US administration officials and all members of the US Congress from their positions due to their continuous unconstitutional actions.)
- Arrival of Christ
Like I said above, this is a list that has not happened as of today. Of course anything can happen from this point on.
I know I'm just scratching the surface with the doom... can you add to the list?
The goal is to show that the "truth" "movement" is a terrorist organization... terrorizing our mind with scare mongering and fear. |

I have programs of Jeff Rense from about five years ago where David Booth predicted the arrival of Planet X within months - then when it never happened he drifted off into the whole Sorcha Faal bullshit. He was so convincing too, and so was Rense - warning the listeners about how dire the show was going to be and that this is the real thing....all bullshit.
I sometimes think we create this drama of doom just to keep us entertained because nothing else fills that gap like the doom we create in our minds. It's big business too - look at all these guys making so much money off of it, its an industry all to itself. |

I will say this - if the S doesn't HTF this coming week, and we see the stock market rise and things return back to "normal", I will chalk up all this "DOOM" as bullshit.
This coming martial law thing has been ringing in our heads for years and yet nothing. This NWO has supposedly been on the brink of coming into existence and yet nothing. How 'bout the trains which are going to carry dissenters to their death, supposedly they are all over the place.
This all may happen one day, but the way I look at it, if it doesn't get rolling soon, then it probably won't happen until much later when I'm too old to care....so why waste my time now preparing.
Dr. Deagle?? Is he really a doctor?? His most recent prediction was bullshit and by the way he sounded, he might also be an actor as well.

Normally, I would recommend listening to any of these terror fakes because they'll scare the beJesus out of you, but I do recommend listening to this... Deagle is without a doubt the biggest scare monger on the planet... he makes Alex Jones and Texe Marrs seem like alter boys:

This is a funny one - a real funny one.
I have OK credit and get several credit card offers EVERY day. I just transferred a line of credit for a lower interest rate with no problem. I was a little worried at first because I thought maybe they wouldn't let me because of this "credit freeze", but the lady at the bank just laughed and said it was no problem.
A friend of mine just got a new job selling of all things - payroll processing. I was telling him how he would never get the job because of this "credit freeze" because there wouldn't be any new businesses, people can't get credit, there are going to be massive layoffs...blah blah blah....he calls me two days ago and tells me he got the job - $50,000/year, company car, bonuses. Boy did I look silly.
I see "Now Hiring" signs all over the place. |

Well, one or more of all these may happen in reality if we expect 50 or 100 years. Will it be an "I told you so?" then?
Predictions have to have a deadline of their own. And when it says "pretty soon", it cant be in 20 years time. |

So as the gold pushers continue to lie about how great an investment gold is, history tells us the opposite...
... If you purchased gold on January 21, 1980 -- more than 28 years ago... your investment would be worth less today!
Put another way, if you stuck $870.00 under your mattress and earned 0% interest, your would be ahead of the game compared to gold.
Another thing about gold that makes no sense... if I buy bread with my piece of gold, how do I get change? The BS never ends with these gold pushers, right? |

If I am not mistaken you chose the date that price hit its highest peak back during an economic and oil crisis.
I find that quite unfair.
Gold went way higher than that point in recent months and was above that point just days ago.
The people who told you to buy gold likely told you to buy it at at least 600 dollars so I don't think that's a good one to include on the list. |

Adding to my previous comment the price of gold on March 17, 2008 was $1023.50. And if you had bought gold on June 21, 1999 you would have paid $252.90/oz.
So take it off you're list - it all depends WHEN you buy. Buy low and sell high. Don't buy at panic prices! |

That's a fair point...
... So I just looked at this 30-year chart of gold on your advice:

And after looking at it, the moving average price of gold is about half of what it closed at on Friday.
In simple speaking, your $870 investment in gold from 28 years ago would be worth half if you took the average price over the last 28 years, right?
No matter how the numbers are spun, gold is a horrible investment over time.
But let's say gold appreciated over time... I still haven't heard how you trade your expensive piece of gold for groceries and get change back.
For the most part, the only winners when it comes to selling gold are the gold sellers, right? |
