Justice breaks with GOP Legislature to veto bill rolling back school vaccine rule Maybe trump should pick him as his vice president [link to en.m.wikipedia.org (secure)] James Conley Justice II (born April 27, 1951) is an American businessman and politician who has served as the 36th governor of West Virginia since 2017. Justice was once a billionaire, but his net worth had declined to $513.3 million as of 2021.[2] He inherited a coal mining business from his father and built a business empire with 94 companies, including the Greenbrier, a luxury resort in White Sulphur Springs.[3] In 2015, Justice announced his candidacy for governor in the 2016 West Virginia gubernatorial election. Although a registered Republican before running for governor, he ran as a Democrat and defeated the Republican nominee, Bill Cole. Less than seven months after taking office, Justice switched back to the Republican Party after announcing his plans at a rally with U.S. president Donald Trump in the state. |

Big pharma is trying their best to throw as many shills at them as possible but they swat them away like flies, they’re so on top of their game. Justice breaks with GOP Legislature to veto bill rolling back school vaccine rule I agree that religious exemptions should be honored. But I just want to make something clear: COVID VACCINES ARE NOT REQUIRED BY WV LAW. Chickenpox, hepatitis-b, measles, meningitis, mumps, diphtheria, polio, rubella, tetanus and whooping cough are required. Big Jim was on the local morning news today talking about this issue and I missed what he said. Also, WV used to be a democratic state but then Hillary said she would "shut down the coal mines". Everything changed at that point, including the political party of the Governor. During Hillary's run for president the only TV add against her was a 15 second commercial showing her screaming that phrase. That's all it took. Trump won every county in WV except for the weirdos in Mingo County. |

Justice breaks with GOP Legislature to veto bill rolling back school vaccine rule The U.S. Supreme Court in Stanley v. Illinois, 405 U.S. 645, 651 (1972), said: "The right of a parent to raise his children has long been recognized as a fundamental constitutional right, "far more precious than property rights." - quoting May v. Anderson, 345, U.S. 528, 533 (1953); Skinner v. Oklahoma, 316 U.S. 535, 541, (1942); Meyer v Nebraska, 262 U.S. 390, 399 (1923), See, e.q. Castigno v Wholean, 239 Conn. 336 (1996); In re Alexander V., 223 Conn. 557 (1992). Further... In Harris v. McRae, 448 US 297, 312 (1980), the USSC said: "it is well settled that, (quite apart from the guarantee of equal protection), if a law impinges upon a fundamental right, explicitly or implicitly secured by the Constitution, it is presumptively unconstitutional." |

Justice breaks with GOP Legislature to veto bill rolling back school vaccine rule What do you expect from a 2 bit hick from WV? Humans don't needs vaccinations, all the so called diseases people have listed, people will never get. Animals get vaccines, but not flesh and blood living men and women created by the what people call God. Why do you think the hick governor calls children "kids" which means baby goat. All the politicians tell you "we are doing it for the children". However, the legislation effects everybody not just children. So, who are they referring to when they say children? It's you adult, any child related legislation is usually about monitoring and surveilling the general population, but they use the children to get it passed you. Statutes are for government employees and corporations. Laws are for We the people. Don't let any of these low life's in government tell you what to do. You have the Right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. If anything comes between you and it, it becomes a crime. |
